A Licensed Producer(LP) is a cannabis production company approved by Health Canada to cultivate cannabis, process cannabis and sell cannabis directly to patients online or by the phone. As a medical patient, we do not have storefront access, all our medicine is ordered online or by the phone and delivered to our home. If you or someone over the age of 18 is not home to sign for the package, you will receive a notification to pick it up at a postal outlet at a later time. Licensed Producers use Canada Post, FedEx and Purolator options.

Practitioners will consider which methods may provide the best symptom relief for your condition and offer recommendations to best support you.

.Many Licensed Producers are aware that the costs of medical cannabis can become a barrier and will offer a reduced price for those with reduced income. This can range from 10-30% for those with income under $40,000. The Licensed Producers will require proof of your income and will accept Notice of Assessment, Provincial or Federal disability statements. You are welcome to contact your Licensed Producer to confirm which documents would apply.

Yes, mostly all Licensed Producers offer a discount on medical cannabis for patients under the age of 18 and Seniors. This discount is typically applied automatically based on the age once a patient is registered and will be applied at the check out online or processed by phone with call in orders.

No, cards are no longer provided by Licensed Producers since the legalization of cannabis in 2017. Now patients receive a Registration Document to prove they are medically authorized to use medical cannabis in Canada by a Health Care Practitioner. This document contains your details, the practitioner information, grams per day and expiry date
